Our Telephone Banking System provides up-to-date account information 24 hours a day. You can also transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, and even order a fax of your account transactions.

To use our Telephone Banking System:

  • Call 480-736-7436 in Phoenix, or 1-866-880-4884 if outside Phoenix
  • Enter your bank access code: 22

The following menu items will be presented:

  • Press 1 for information on Checking, Savings, and Money Market Accounts
  • Press 2 to transfer funds between accounts
  • Press 3 for information on Certificates of Deposits and Individual Retirement Accounts
  • Press 4 for information on Loan Accounts
  • Press 5 for information on Bank location, phone, and hours
  • Press 6 to change PIN
